Spatial Biology for Precision Medicine Track
The newly released CosMx® Whole Transcriptome (WTX) assay enables subcellular imaging of ~19,000 RNA transcripts directly from standard FFPE tissue, with same-slide integration of high-plex protein imaging (up to 76-plex). This unbiased multiomic approach generates rich datasets for data-driven machine learning, uncovering unexpected pathway activities and resolving the “blind-spot” problem inherent in targeted panels. Complementing WTX, the GeoMx® DSP platform now supports high-throughput spatial proteomics with the 1,200-plex Discovery Proteome Atlas, together providing a comprehensive solution for spatial biomarker discovery and development.
