The GeoMx DSP combines pathology with high-plex molecular profiling in a streamlined workflow. Protein assays enable spatial analysis of hundreds to over 1,200 proteins from FFPE and fresh frozen tissue, revealing immune signatures, pathways, and biomarkers in context. RNA assays provide quantitative profiling of hundreds of transcripts up to the whole transcriptome from a single tissue section.
