Together with the KIGene core facility at the Karolinska Institute, we invite you to image the whole transcriptome of every single cell with spatial context. With this CosMx WTX grant, we provide you with a unique opportunity to analyze your own samples and be able to project complete pathway biology in space, map every cell-to-cell interaction at the individual transcript level, and discover the unknown and unexpected all with best-in-class sensitivity and genomic breadth within a single intact FFPE tissue section. CosMx WTX delivers disruptive discoveries at subcellular resolution so every single cell contributes to your tissue’s full story.
Submit a short abstract (250 words maximum) for a CosMx WTX experiment and discover new, rare cell types with millions of cells per experiment without the inefficiencies and limitations of scRNA-seq. CosMx SMI enables you to see what you’ve been missing out on in FFPE and fresh frozen samples and expands spatial applications to more than just cell typing.

All grant submissions are confidential to the individual submitter and will not be published or distributed, provided, however, that Bruker Spatial Biology may share them with their own staff and distributors who will not disclose them to third party. Upon project completion, the grant winner agrees to participate in at least one of the following activities relating to the specific project, with specific details of the applicable activity to be mutually agreed upon in good faith by Bruker Spatial Biology and the winner: webinar, seminar, video and/or poster presentation. Each winner agrees that Bruker Spatial Biology shall have the right to publicly announce the winner’s name and research topic and use anonymized data from the winner's project in application notes including in marketing materials and seminars.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Applicants must be actively enrolled or employed at an Institution based in Sweden in a capacity in which they perform life science research and can submit their samples within 30 days of award notification. The winner must be 18 or older. Licensed physicians, as well as members of the immediate families of Bruker Spatial Biology employees and directors, and/or persons living in the same household as such people, are ineligible to participate in this grant program. The grant winner will receive 1 slide of Human CosMx® Human Whole Transcriptome. The samples will be run through the KI gene core facility. All reagents needed to run the chosen projects will be included in the award.
